Employer Brand Auditor

Build a simple, zero-code AI workflow that regularly audits public company web pages for brand compliance, tone, and unintended AI-generated copy.

Inspired by James Ellis·Founder·Employer Brand Labs

What this skill does

This skill builds a light, no-code monitoring routine inside ChatGPT or Claude that combines a free visual change-monitoring tool with a Custom GPT / Claude Project. Once a week, the tool flags page changes and feeds the new text to your custom AI assistant to audit for unapproved or outdated DEI language, unedited AI-generated copy pasted onto the site, and unintended changes to core employer brand or DEI statements — without requiring any code or engineering resources.

What's included

Customization intake
A short set of questions about your process and data access.
Step-by-step implementation process
The exact steps to build this from your own data.
Definition of done
How to know the output is producing a usable, defensible signal.
Common pitfalls
Where teams usually get this wrong, and how to avoid it.

The process

Step 1 Set up a free, zero-code visual change-monitoring tool on your key public pages.
Step 2 Build a single reference doc of approved terms, discouraged terms, AI-jargon flags, and required context.
Step 3 Configure a Custom GPT or Claude Project with that reference doc and a structured audit prompt.
Step 4 Each week, feed newly changed page text into the assistant and review its Red/Yellow/Green flagged output.
The download also includes the full definition of done and common pitfalls.
